Healthy Honey and Food Recipes

Honey is an absolute Amazing Natural Food and not only does it contain ALL the necessary substances to sustain human life!

According to “The American Heart Association” the recommended daily dosage of Honey is 5 Tsp for women and more than 8 Tsp for men.

Honey is purely Natural with NO side effects and is easily digested by the body and through the blood stream.

Honey can also be used in vast amount of ways to ensure your daily intake and remember Honey works as a protector of the body and for the preventative maintenance against diseases.  In Natural Honey products you will find Natural Honey “Bee Food” which consists of Bee Propolis, Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen.

When you choose to use Honey, you are choosing good optimal health and incorporating honey into your daily diet is not hard to achieve.  Simply start your day with a Tsp of honey in your tea, save extra tea for an afternoon iced Honey and Tea and a refreshing honey cocktail at night.  Make your family’s favorite meals, snacks and desserts with honey or simply drizzle honey over fruit, add it to yogurt or a delicious honey vinaigrette on your favorite salad.

Honey is absolutely the smarter choice in Natural Sweeter but when you are cooking with Honey there are a couple of things to consider;

  When natural, pure & raw Honey is heated to temperatures over 160°F is loses some of its natural medicinal & curative         properties.

 You will want to use less as Honey is Naturally sweeter than refined sugar so for every 1 Cup of sugar would equal ½ - ¾ Cup of Honey.

With every Cup of Honey that is substituted for sugar the liquid in the recipe should also be adjusted by ¼ C and reduce the     cooking temperature by 25º as Honey tends to brown foods quicker.
